• COOKIE BOX CARE
Cookies in the Cookie Box are made with minimal preservatives and therefore are good for 2 weeks in an airtight container. You may store them in the freezer for up to 3 months in an airtight container.

A tip to keep your cookies soft is putting a slice of bread in the container with the cookies. The bread will get hard and stale before the cookies.

You may put your cookie into the microwave for a few seconds to warm them up and have a nice warm gooey cookie, or even an oven at 180*F for 2-3 minutes.
• CAKE CARE
Taking care of your cake after pick up is essential to making sure that your cake is ready for your event.

Traveling with a cake:
-
Make sure that the vehicle is nice and cool with the AC blowing and no heater on.
-
The best place for a cake to ride in the car is on the floorboard of the passenger side. This area is large and flat with more less chance of the cake to be tipped over.
-
Do your best to not have any direct sun exposure on the cake or cake box as this could lead to heating the cake and melting the buttercream.
-
As always remember to hold your cake box from the bottom with two hands to ensure steadiness.

Storing a cake:
-
Non-cut cakes can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days and in the freezer for up to 6 months.
-
Cut cakes should be wrapped tightly with cellophane wrap and stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days and up to 6 months in the freezer.
-
Pull the cake out of the refrigerator 1-2 hours before serving to allow to thaw and return to room temperature.
-
If your cake was in the freezer it is best to pull it out 4 hours before serving to ensure it is returned to room temperature.
-
Make sure that cakes are NEVER put in direct sunlight or kept outside as buttercream melts quickly.
• COOKIE SHIPMENTS
All Cookie Boxes are shipped through USPS. Cookie Boxes should arrive to you within 3-5 business days of when they are shipped and not when the order is placed.

Cookies are shipped out on Mondays and Tuesdays. Order cut off for the week is on Fridays at 11:59pmCST. For example, if your order is placed on a Saturday your cookies will ship out 9 days later. If your order is placed on a Wednesday your order will ship out 5 days later. This is to ensure our kitchen is properly stocked and we are prepared for baking all the cookies in the most efficient way.

The Cookie Box flavors you are getting all depends on the month that the shipment date will be. For example, if you place your order on December 29th, but the shipment date would be January 2nd then your Cookie Box will be the January flavors.

We insure that the cookies are packed with the utmost care. If there is a shipping problem please email or message us and we will work to get the problem solved.
