Hi! My name is Emily and I am the founder of Rosie's Bakery & Bar. The name for the bakery came from my first fur-baby, Rosie. She was an angel who loved sitting in the kitchen with me waiting for a treat to drop. I have had a passion for cooking and baking for as long as I can remember. We are currently an in-home bakery with the dream of opening a brick and mortar store in the future!
